My journey through the Centenarian Method
I am so happy that my wife and I went through this program. I feel the strongest I have ever felt in a very long time—from a nutrition/health, physical and mental standpoint. It has given me the knowledge of what is good for me when I eat. (Prior to this program, I always felt like I was guessing as to what was ok to eat). The meals that we make are colorful (full of wonderful nutrients) and delicious tasting. Many times, we sat down to try a new meal and we each were so pleased with the outcome and how delicious it tastes. If and when I eat the right foods, I know that I will be satiated and not hungry. If and when I do get hungry, I know what foods to eat to hold me over and feel good until the next meal of the day. My daily meditations have helped me to be much calmer. I am still working through the many topics of the program to exam how to listen better to my body and how to love each part of who I am. Also, it helped me to continue to strive in my physical activities and goals for strengthening my body. The weight loss is a process and continues to progress. I have learned to trust the program and know that I will reach my weight goal. Each step along the way, I realize that this is a life changing program that has a long and beautiful arch for my future and how I will live as a healthy human being going forward.
All of these lessons became very important when 6 weeks ago I fell while loading my kayak into my car and fractured my knee. Healing of the knee required surgery where nine screws and a plate later, I have a fixed knee. Now the long process starts of healing. Having gone through this program, I am at the strongest point of my life in all aspects. Because of this when recovery is tough physically or mentally, I am able to slow things down, breathe and meditate. I continue to feed my body nutritious foods and drink my water so that it can effectively heal the wounds and emotional trauma from the fall. The physical strength of my body from all the daily activities I was doing has allowed me to compensate for only being able to put 20-30 % weight on my left leg as I try to move with my walker and crutches. I am daily thankful for all the blessings and lessons I have learned from the Centenarian Method. I am still only 2 months into recovery and the time for being healed is many months away. But the journey has been greatly strengthened by the work and dedication I put into this program which transformed all aspects of my being. I continue to make progress in recovery and hope soon to be back at full strength for both legs soon.

I have always tried to eat healthy most of my life. I thought the food I was eating was good for me when I was working out. I would lose weight then gain it back then lose it etc. When Dr. Bucci asked me if I was interested in the program, I decided to do it Right from Week 1 I noticed a change because of my eating habits. I lost a total of 30 lbs. since I started the program. I feel better and look better and since I completed the program, I am still doing it and have no plans of stopping. "I highly recommend Dr. Bucci’s Centenarian Method to help implement an overall healthy lifestyle - not just a quick diet to lose weight in short order. I have tried several quick/harsh/intense diet programs (keto, lemon juice cleanses, protein shake-based diets) only to regain the weight about a year or so later. The Centenarian Method challenged my thought process of “how to be healthy” and shifted my mindset to maintain consistency over intensity. The Centenarian Method is not a diet, it's a lifestyle and fits easily into your daily operations. I was entirely surprised at the wide variety of food suggestions from Dr. Bucci as I almost never felt I was cutting out most foods/food groups. In addition, I felt heavy accountability to stick to the program given I would speak with Dr. Bucci weekly to manage/adjust the program as needed.
